Returns & Exchanges

Please contact ACCO Brands to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed return instructions before shipping your product.

No returns of any type will be accepted without an RMA number.


• Subject to the written warranty from ACCO Brands that may accompany a product, defective products will be accepted by ACCO Brands for credit, exchange or repair as per following timelines:

o Non defective supplies - 30 days of the day of the invoice
o Defective supplies - 90 days of the invoice date
o Defective equipment - 30 days of the day of the invoice;
o Defective parts - 30 days of the day of the invoice
o Products damaged in shipping - 5 days of receipt; claim needs to be accompanied with pictures of the damaged products upon receipt


• ACCO Brands is responsible for return freight on defective items, if applicable. Note that verification of the claimed defect by ACCO Brands authorized personnel will be required prior to issuance of proper credit, exchange, or repair.


Equipment Returns and Exchanges


• Non-defective installed equipment returns will not be accepted.
• Any equipment returns or exchanges for service reasons are subject to approval by authorized personnel.


Supplies Returns or Exchanges

• RMA required for all returns or exchanges, as per the following

• Picking error / damaged in transit / defective - no restocking fee
• Customer changed mind - 20% restocking fee; customer is responsible for the shipping charges to ACCO BRANDS warehouse.

Service Parts returns or Exchanges

• No returns on Electrical Parts
• Non-electrical parts may qualify for return but only with prior approval by authorized personnel; 20% restocking fee applies; customer is responsible for shipping charges back to ACCO BRANDS warehouse


Custom Products Returns or Exchanges

• All custom-made product sales are final and are not eligible for return, unless defective.
