However, if you are ever disappointed with the performance of one of our products, we want to know so please contact our customer service team (available by phone, chat, or email, at the bottom of the page), and we will do our best to address your concerns.
If you have any questions about the terms and conditions of our product guarantees or warrantees for a specific product, these are available from our customer service representatives.
ACCO Brands will replace any Five Star product that is returned within one year from the date of purchase. This guarantee does not cover damage due to misuse or abuse.
To honor this guarantee please reach out to the ACCO Brands Customer Care Team by emailing them at firstname.lastname@example.org with pictures of your product and proof of purchase. The pictures should show the damage to the product and the front cover to identify which item you have. We are more than happy to honor our guarantee and show how much we stand behind Five Star® gear!
